Terms of service
1. The service
Visitant is a website analytics service provided by the operator named on your invoice. You create an account with your email and log in with one-time codes.
2. Plans and payment
The free plan is free indefinitely within its limit. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the period. Going over a limit never locks the dashboard or stops collection; we may ask you to upgrade if it happens persistently.
3. Your obligations
You install the script only on sites you control and mention the analytics in your own privacy notice. You do not use the service to track individuals or for abuse.
4. Liability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee 100% uptime. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months.
