One event is one thing a person did on your site.
A pageview
Someone opens a page: 1 event. A visitor who reads 3 pages makes 3 events.
A custom event
Something you chose to count: a purchase, a sent form, a click on a button you tagged. 1 event each, with any properties and revenue you attach. Automatic outbound-link and file-download clicks count the same way.
Not an event: an AI crawler fetch
GPTBot, ClaudeBot or PerplexityBot reading your pages is recorded by the server snippet and reported in full, but never counts toward your limit. Zero events, on every plan, including Free.
Example: a shop with 10,000 visitors a month, 3 pages each and 200 orders makes 30,200 events. That is Pro (100,000) with room to triple.
How many events will you use?
Move the slider or type your monthly visitors. If you do not know the number, take last month's visitors from the statistics you use today.
The estimate is arithmetic, not a measurement: visitors x pages per visit, plus one event per 50 visits if you tick the box. Real sites differ; the dashboard shows your exact usage from day one, and going over never locks anything.
Every feature, every plan.
This table is generated from the same file the app uses to switch features on and off, so it cannot say more than the product does.

What counts as an event?
A pageview or a custom event: a purchase, a sent form, a click on a button you tagged, an outbound link or a file download. 1 each. Scroll depth, engaged time and Core Web Vitals ride along with the pageview and add nothing. AI crawler fetches never count.
What happens when I go over my plan's limit?
Nothing stops. We keep counting every event, show a banner in the dashboard and email the account owner. No data is dropped and the dashboard is never locked. You decide if and when to move up - the limits are there to price the service, not to hold your numbers hostage.
Do AI crawler hits count toward my events?
No, on every plan including Free. Crawler hits come in through the server snippet, are stored separately and are unlimited. A site fetched 200,000 times a month by GPTBot uses 0 events for it.
Can I pay in PLN and get an invoice with VAT?
PLN prices are shown on the Polish version of this page. Online payments are not live yet, so write to promptowy@gmail.com: we invoice you by hand (a VAT invoice for companies) and switch the plan on the same day. Invoicing details are being finalised.
Is there a yearly plan?
Not yet. Everything is billed monthly and you can stop any month. If a yearly option appears, it will be announced on this page first - we do not sell what does not exist.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Write within 14 days of any payment and we refund it in full. This is our policy, not a favour decided case by case. After 14 days you simply cancel and the plan runs to the end of the paid month.
Do I need a cookie banner for Visitant?
No. Visitant sets no cookies and stores no personal data: visitors are counted with a hash of IP and browser, salted with a key that is deleted every day. GDPR and the Polish telecom law require consent for cookies and identifiers - there are none here. If other tools on your site set cookies, you still need a banner for those.
Where is my data stored?
In the European Union, on servers in Poland. We do not sell data, share it or train models on it. Your visitors' data leaves the EU only when you export a CSV and take it somewhere yourself.
How long do you keep my data?
13 months on Free, 5 years on paid plans, counted from the day of each event. Older events and crawler hits are deleted by a nightly job. Delete a site and everything about it goes with it immediately.
Can I move from Google Analytics?
There is no import, and we do not plan one soon: the two tools count differently, so old GA numbers would not line up with new ones anyway. Run both side by side for a month, get used to the differences (GA4 misses people who reject cookies; Visitant counts them and keeps AI agents out of human counts), then remove GA.
Do I need a developer?
No. WordPress: install the plugin, paste your key, done - it also counts AI robots. Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace: paste one line into the settings field we point you to. The AI crawler report on other platforms needs a short server snippet; we have copy-paste versions for PHP, Node, Next.js, Cloudflare Workers and nginx logs.
What is the AI loop, in one paragraph?
Four columns per page. Crawled: the server snippet records every AI fetch and checks claimed crawlers against the IP ranges their operators publish. Cited: visits from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini and 20 more assistants, grouped by assistant. Clicked: text-fragment landings become a separate "likely AI" estimate that is never mixed into confirmed numbers. Converted: goals and revenue attributed per assistant. Reading the four side by side shows which pages AI reads but never sends anyone to.
Start on Free. Move when the numbers say so.
Every plan has the full AI crawler report. No card for the trial, no lockout when you grow.
